All prizes are handed out within 7 days of the tournament’s end.
01 General
- ChillCup Fall Week (the “Tournament”) is run online by ChillGame (chillgame.online, the “Organiser”) from October 24 to 30, 2026.
- Disciplines: VALORANT 5v5, TheHat and Wordhack (teams of two), Shelter and BeIntelligent (daily battle royales).
- Entry is free. A ChillGame account is required to register, play and predict.
- By registering, a participant confirms they have read and accept these rules, the ChillGame Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
- Participants must be at least 13. Participants under 18 confirm they have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- The official channel is the ChillGame Discord server. Every participant in every discipline gives their Discord when registering, joins the server and stays reachable on their game days; captains on their team’s match days.
- During a game the Organiser may ask a participant to join a voice channel or share their screen, to check the game is fair. Refusing, or being unreachable on Discord without good reason, may mean a technical loss or disqualification.
- The Organiser may change the schedule, format and prizes (except the guaranteed prize), announcing it on the Tournament page and on Discord. Times and dates marked “to be confirmed” are provisional.
- All schedule times are Moscow time (MSK, UTC+3).
- Decisions of the Organiser and the head referee on disputes, including situations these rules do not cover, are final.

02 Registration and teams (VALORANT)
- A team is 5 starters, up to 2 substitutes and up to 1 coach.
- Every participant fills in a profile: nickname, country, languages, Discord, a verified email and Riot ID. Using someone else’s details is forbidden.
- The captain creates the team and invites players by link. A team can be made public so that players without a team can find it and take an open seat.
- A new team is called “Team N” with the default emblem. The captain may request a new name, tag and avatar at any time; they go live once the Organiser approves them.
- Names, tags and avatars with insults, profanity, politics, advertising, other brands, or impersonation of other teams or people are not allowed.
- The captain may remove players, move them between roles (starter, substitute, coach), set positions and hand over the captaincy.
- Once the main roster has 5 players with complete profiles, the captain confirms participation. The first 8 confirmed teams enter the bracket; the next (up to 8) form the reserve list in order of confirmation.
- If a bracket team withdraws or is disqualified before matches begin, the first reserve team takes its place.
- A player may be on only one team per discipline. A Riot account may be linked to only one participant.
- Rosters lock when registration closes. A change is possible only for a good reason and with the Organiser’s consent.
03 VALORANT format
Bracket
- Double elimination for 8 teams: a team is out after two losses.
- Upper and lower bracket rounds are Bo1. The upper final, lower semifinal and lower final are Bo3. The grand final is Bo3; any extra advantage for the upper-bracket winner is confirmed before the final.
- Seeding is by draw or by confirmation order, announced by the Organiser in advance.
Lobby and maps
- Matches are played in custom games in tournament mode. The Organiser creates the lobby and an Organiser observer is present.
- The server is chosen by the Organiser with both teams’ ping in mind.
- The map pool is the current competitive pool on match day.
- Team A is the team listed first in the bracket. Bo1: teams ban maps in turn (A, B, A, B…); the last map is played and team B picks the side.
- Bo3: A bans, B bans, A picks (B picks side), B picks (A picks side), A bans, B bans; the remaining map is the decider (team A picks side).
- The veto takes place on Discord or on the site, as the Organiser directs, no later than 10 minutes before the match.
Timing and no-shows
- Teams must be in the lobby, full roster, 10 minutes before the match.
- More than 15 minutes late: a forfeit of the map. More than 30 minutes late: a forfeit of the match.
- A match may be moved only with the agreement of both teams and the Organiser.
Pauses
- Each team has one 1-minute tactical pause per side (attack and defence) on every map.
- The coach calls the tactical pause. A team without a coach — the captain.
- Technical pauses (disconnects, PC or network trouble) need the observer’s approval, up to 10 minutes per team per map.
- Pauses are called at the start of a round (buy phase). Abusing pauses is penalised.
Disconnects
- If a player disconnects before the first kill of a round, the observer may have the round replayed.
- Otherwise the team waits for the reconnect in a technical pause. If the player does not return, the team may finish with four or substitute between maps.
Substitutes and coach
- Substitutions happen between maps only, and only with registered players.
- The coach may step in as a player. A substitute may not act as coach.
- The coach may talk to the team during tactical and technical pauses and between maps.
Results
- After every map, captains post a screenshot of the final scoreboard on Discord. The Organiser enters the result.
- Match statistics may be imported from public sources and shown on the site.
04 Mini-tournaments: TheHat and Wordhack
- Teams of 2, up to 8 teams in the bracket. A ChillGame account and agreeing to these rules is required.
- Format: single elimination — quarterfinals, semifinals, the final and a third-place match.
- Matches are played on ChillGame in rooms the Organiser creates, with settings announced in advance.
- More than 5 minutes late: a forfeit.
- Outside help, talking to your partner outside the game’s rules, translators and dictionaries during play are forbidden.
- Mini-tournaments run earlier in the day than the VALORANT evening matches, in the same week; exact times are to be confirmed.
05 Daily games: Shelter and BeIntelligent
- Every day from October 24 to 30 is a separate game. Players sign up for the days they want on the discipline page.
- The game happens if at least the stated minimum signs up for that day; otherwise that day’s game is cancelled.
- The lobby link is posted for signed-up players before the start.
- The format and the winning criterion are announced before each day. First place takes the day’s prize.
- One person, one account. Playing on several accounts means disqualification and loss of prizes.
06 Fair play and conduct
Forbidden:
- cheats, scripts, macros, exploits and any software or hardware that gives an advantage;
- playing on someone else’s account, account sharing, smurfing, playing for another participant;
- match fixing, throwing, betting on your own team’s matches;
- stream sniping and ghosting;
- insults, toxicity, discrimination, threats and harassment — in game, in chat and on Discord;
- flooding, spam and advertising in Tournament channels;
- deceiving the Organiser or faking screenshots and evidence.
Penalties depend on severity: a warning, loss of a round or map, a match forfeit, disqualification of the team with results and prizes voided, a ban from future ChillGame tournaments. Cheating always means disqualification.
07 Predictions
- Anyone with a ChillGame account can predict. It is free.
- One pick per match, which can be changed until the match starts.
- Every correct pick earns 100 ChillGame coins once the Organiser confirms the result.
- If a match is not played (forfeit before play, cancellation), picks are voided and nothing is paid.
- Coins are ChillGame’s in-game currency: they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the platform.
- Using several accounts to predict voids all payouts.
08 Prizes
- The VALORANT grand prize — 2,600 VP for first place — is guaranteed: it cannot shrink and can only grow.
- Other prizes (ChillGame subscriptions, coins and more) are still being decided and may change until the end of the Tournament.
- All prizes are handed out within 7 days of the end of the Tournament.
- To claim a prize, the winner gives the Organiser the details needed (e.g. their Riot account region) on Discord. A prize may be voided if the winner does not respond within 14 days of the end of the Tournament.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Organiser announces otherwise.
- Donations to the prize pool increase the prizes; the final split is announced before the grand final.
- A participant who breaks these rules loses the right to a prize.
09 Disputes
- The captain files a dispute on Discord within 15 minutes of the end of the map or match, with evidence (screenshots, video).
- The Organiser may ask participants for screen recordings, demos or other evidence.
- The Organiser is not responsible for outages at Riot Games, internet providers or on participants’ hardware, or for losses they cause.
- By registering, a participant agrees to make no claims against the Organiser over referee decisions or changes to the schedule and non-guaranteed prizes.
10 Personal data
- To run the Tournament we process: nickname, country, languages, Discord, email, Riot ID, rank and game stats, plus your ChillGame account data.
- Shown publicly: nickname, avatar, country, languages, Riot ID, rank, stats, team and results. Email and Discord are visible to the organisers only.
- Rank and stats are fetched by Riot ID from public sources (a third-party VALORANT stats API).
- Data is kept until the Tournament ends and prizes are delivered, and deleted no later than 90 days after it ends unless the law requires otherwise.
- To delete your data or ask a question, write to support@chillgame.online. See the ChillGame Privacy Policy for details.
11 Broadcasts
- Tournament matches may be streamed and recorded by the Organiser. Participants agree to their nickname, in-game image and stats being shown.
- Participants may stream their own matches only with a delay of at least 5 minutes.
